Nicolas graduated from the prestigious HEC Paris. He speaks fluent French, English, and Thai. His expertise includes: financial services, international development, brand strategy and brand equity building.

Denise is quoted regularly in the press, a speaker at conferences and events, a guest lecturer at business and communications schools, and an acclaimed workshop animator. She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Masters of Arts in Communication.
Amanda assisted with the setup of Labbrand Shanghai in 2005 and is the Director of the Verbal Creative department. Amanda has a profound knowledge of Chinese culture, language and market. She is an expert in the trademark system and corporate name system in China.
Amanda has participated and managed various branding projects including market entry survey, competitive environment analysis, brand concept testing, validation and creation, brand identity test, etc.
Vladimir founded Labbrand in 2005. He has assisted over 100 companies in understanding the Chinese market, positioning their brands, and executing their strategies in China and abroad. Passionate about branding, he has an innovative mind, a great instinct for trends, a scientific approach, and an accurate ability to diagnose branding problems.
Vladimir graduated from the prestigious Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as Shanghai Jiaotong University. He speaks fluent French, English, Mandarin, Russian and Serbian.
Marta has a multicultural and multidisciplinary profile which allows her to prospect the market with a deep understanding of very different industries and always suggest innovative approaches and solutions to customer’s challenges.
She is graduated from Polytechnic School in Madrid with a specialization in management by the prestigious Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris. She holds 12 years of practical work experience. Marta is fluent in Spanish, French and English and also speaks Italian.

Prior to joining Labbrand, Feifei worked for Interbrand and served clients in the categories of real estate, retailing, tourism, consumer electronics, healthcare, finance etc. She has two master’s degrees at the University of Bergen and Tongji University. She is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin, and also speaks fluent English.
Anabelle focuses on fostering project excellence across Labbrand’s consulting teams. She has a solid knowledge of the challenges faced by global companies and the solutions for success in the Chinese market.
Anabelle graduated from a dual Master’s Degree program between the French ESC Montpelier Business School and Florida International University in the USA. She previously worked for Compass Group China, PSA Peugeot Citroen and CHANEL.

Yukino understands the power of culture-specific interpretations behind brands. She graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She speaks native Japanese, fluent English, and intermediate Chinese and Spanish.
Freya manages both qualitative and quantitative research. She has conducted over 800 FGDs and in-depth interviews and is still building her experience in different industry sectors and study natures.
Freya is experienced in ethnographic research, brand study, co-design, creative/ concept test, product clinic, workshop, U&A research, trend study, etc. Freya holds degrees from Fudan University and East China University of Politics and Law.
With over 9 years' extensive experience in consumer insight and brand consultant, Meredith has worked across consumers, brands and business insights to provide feasible strategies for various categories and brands.
Meredith is well versed in conducting customized projects for clients to address their objectives. She is also clients’ preferred moderator in conducting focus group discussion, ethnographic, workshops and co-creation groups, providing innovative and consolidated research solutions to clients.
Chris is Business Director within the Research Department of Labbrand and has particular expertise in quantitative research methods, including advanced analytics and data integration. Chris holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a full and active member of ESOMAR; the worldwide association for market research; having participated and presented at various conferences.
Ching Ling is a thought-leader in research methodology design and is a pioneer in bringing one of the first online qualitative research community into China. She has served clients across luxury, fashion, alcohol, FMCG, and infant formula. She is experienced in projects involving concept co-creation, branding, U&A, consumer exploration, trends, design and concept optimization and evaluation.
Ching Ling holds a degree from the University of South Australia. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Kevin is the head of MADJOR. Highly passionate about the Chinese digital scene, he works together with clients in research, strategy, and creative teams as well as technical partners to create original digital journeys for clients across all industries.

Sam is Associate Design Director at Labbrand. With 11 years’ experience, Sam has worked with some of the most prestigious international and Chinese brands.
Before joining Labbrand, Sam worked for Interbrand Shanghai, and was in charge of accounts such as Tencent, Unionpay, CPIC, and Otis etc. Sam taught advertising and visual design in multiple universities in Taiwan. Sam has dual master's degrees in Graphic Branding and Visual Communication Design at LCC, UAL and NKNU.
